What is Vennre?

Vennre was launched in 2022 between London and Riyadh as the first cross-border private markets investment platform to offer a seamless experience to high earning professionals in the GCC. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and a deep understanding of the ecosystem, Vennre is developing a comprehensive solution that empowers individuals and financial intermediaries to participate in private markets with ease.

What kinds of offerings can I expect on Vennre?

Vennre offers a diverse array of private market investment opportunities covering Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Debt and Venture Capital through funds and direct investments.

Are the opportunities Sharia’a compliant?

Vennre will offer both conventional and Sharia’a compliant private market investment opportunities.

Why should I invest in Private Markets?

Investing in private markets provides an avenue to explore unique investment opportunities with distinct and untapped potential return profiles. This enables diversification beyond traditional assets, offers the potential for achieving higher long-term returns, and aligns with long-term strategies, setting it apart from short-term tactics.

However, investing in private markets also carries different risks, and individuals who can not afford to risk their entire investment should avoid investing in such funds.

What range of returns can I expect from private market investing?

Private market investing can potentially yield annualized returns of 8% to 15% or more with equity multiples often in the 1.4x-3.0x range. However, these returns can vary significantly based on asset class strategies and market conditions. It's essential to be aware of the inherent risks and conduct proper due diligence before investing.

What is the advantage of being on the Vennre platform?

The advantage of being on the Vennre platform lies in its ability to overcome the barriers that typically hinder investors when accessing private markets opportunities including:

  • High minimum investment tickets
  • Complex transaction and management costs
  • Complicated legal and tax structures
  • Stringent KYC/AML requirements

Who can use the Vennre solution?

In addition to high-earning professionals, Vennre is designed for financial intermediaries who want to improve the private investment choices they provide to their clients. Through the integration of technology, Vennre helps them streamline private market solutions, making investing simpler and more efficient for their clients.
